Express Items
Items marked with an Express Delivery Icon are available for prompt despatch.
Order before 11am Monday-Friday for Next Day Delivery - terms apply
There is no extra charge for our Express Despatch service - it's what we offer as standard.
Non-Express Items
We aim to process orders for non-express items within 24 hours of ordering.
Wholesale Pallet Orders
We aim to process orders for wholesale pallet supplies, boxed, or loose, within 2-3 days of ordering. Please contact us if you have an urgent requirement.
Please note
All orders are subject to stock availabilty.
We do not process orders during weekends, bank or festive holidays.
Order Delivery
How we ship your order
Express Orders are shipped on a 24hour courier service.
Non-Express Orders are shipped on a 24 or 48 hour service.
Pallet consignments are shipped on a 48 hour service.
Deliveries are typically made between Monday-Friday, although, sometimes they may include Saturday deliveries.
Whilst the majority of consignments arrive on-time RoyalMail and Parcel Couriers do not guaranteed the speed of their services.
Consignments to Highlands, Islands, and remote locations may experience extended delivery times due to geographical restrictions.
