BUYER
The 'Buyer' is the person who agrees to buy the goods from the Seller.
ORDER PROCESS
After placing an order, we will send order acknowledgement to the email address which you provide. This will contain your customer reference number.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
In accordance with Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may cancel a Contract at any time within 14 calendar days from the time of delivery.
To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing or email. You must also return any Product(s) to us within 14 working days of the cancellation reuqest and in their original condition and suitable for resale with. Any variation in the condition of the returned Product(s) may affect the amout of any refund. You will be liable for any postage or shipping costs that are involved in the returning of Product(s).
No right to cancel exists in the case of a Contract for the supply of any Products are made or supplied to special order.
REFUNDS POLICY (Faulty goods)
Should you consider we have supplied faulty goods you must report your concerns to us within 30 days of receipt. If it is agreed the goods are faulty we replace or refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day of receipt of the returned goods. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product(s) and any of the original delivery charges at the base rate, this excludes any premiums paid for upgrades or priority delivery services. Any variation in the condition of the returned Product(s) may affect the amout of any refund.
A refund will be made by the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
If a Product(s) is temporarily unavailable (unavailable but estimated to arrive within 21 days) we will continue to process the remaining Products. We will subsequently deliver the temporarily unavailable items at no extra cost to you.
For the avoidance of doubt, any date for delivery is approximate only. Time is not of the essence as to the delivery of the Products and we are not in any circumstances liable for any delay in delivery, however caused.
Delivery of an order shall be completed when we place the order at your disposal at the designated delivery address as per your order.
Deliveries are made by a designated courier. For Mainland UK delivery times are Monday to Friday (except public holidays) between the hours of 8:00am until 6:00pm unless otherwise stated or pre-arranged with the Buyer.
We are unable to deliver Orders to British Foreign Post Office Addresses or PO Box
You accept responsibility for the accuracy of the Delivery information (Delivery Address) supplied in your Order and warrant that such information complies with our requirements. We do not accept liability for late or failed delivery due to incorrect address information or telephone number provided. You may be liable for additional delivery and/or logistics charges as a result of incorrect or misleading information.
You confirm that either you or a designated recipient will be available at the Delivery address to accept and sign for your Order within the Delivery Times.
If Delivery is unsuccessful the Courier shall endeavour to leave details of tracking/collection of your order. Delivery may be attempted on the following working day.

RISK AND TITLE
Risk shall pass at the time of delivery. Title shall pass upon payment or delivery, whichever is the latest to occur.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of the Product(s) is in pounds sterling excluding any delivery charges
Prices are shown including VAT at the rate lawful at the point of order for UK customers.
Product prices and delivery charges are subject to change at any time, and without prior notice. Errors and omissions excepted.
Payment of the cost of the order is due at the point the order is placed and no credit terms are implied or offered.
The prices for Product(s), Delivery charges, and VAT are all provided on a summary page prior to agreeing to place your order and make you payment.
WARRANTY
We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our site will conform in all material respects with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied. Product specifications are nominal, subject to manufacturers tolerances and subject to change without notice. Please enquire if you have a specific requirement prior to purchase.
OUR LIABILITY
Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits our liability for:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
any breach of the obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;
defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; [or]
any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
Subject to previous clause:
we will not, under any circumstances whatsoever, be liable to you, for any loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Contract; and
our total liability to you in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with the Contract, shall in no circumstances exceed the purchase price of the Products.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
SEVERABILITY
If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions of these terms and Conditions or any provisions of a Contract are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the term will, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
CONDITIONS AND WARRANTIES
All terms, conditions and warranties relating to the quality or/or fitness for purpose of the goods or any of the goods are excluded unless expressly agreed in writing by the seller.
OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
