Our pressure canning workshops are for complete beginners. We will start at the beginning and go through seasonally and covering different techniques filling in with information, tips and tricks. All of the workshops will be fulltime - no before and after scenarios so you can cook along with Rosie in real time using your own canner at home. All recipes and supporting information will be available as downloads from My Workshops. You can ask questions during the workshops and Rosie will endeavour to provide the answer there and then. I've thoroughly enjoyed your workshops over the last year and have learnt so much about preserving - there's a whole world out there, not just jams!
