2024 Christmas Season Preserving Workshops

And . . . .just like that, everything is red, green and sparkly again. Strictly's underway, there are cards to write and presents to wrap.
If you have been with us since the beginning of the year, by now you should have quite a stock of delicious things to eat over the festive period, unusual, delicious things to gift over the festive period and that you feeling calm and confident with what you have achieved.

As ever I have some lovely ideas for Christmas makes - not all of which are meant to be preserves but at least they are not having to be made last minute. Panforte for instance, hard to decide which category it comes under other than utterly delicious but I do know that many people love it and would really welcome a gift of a 'cake' of this Italian speciality. There is a Christmas Jam for your Christmas Croissant and a recipe for real Egg Nog which would be really special served on Christmas Eve, with or without midnight mass. There will be no artificial maraschino cherries in sight!

Our last Homemade and Holistic Workshop will provide something for those last minute gifts for unexpected visitors or a stocking top-up. We will be making soap, a very peaceful Workshop to end on
