I use cider apple vinegar to match with the apples and it has spices and vine fruit to gibe texture and layers of flavour

It is deceptively easy to make and uses the Autumn glut of apples - look for boxes of freebies at garden gates or make friends with your local allotmenteers! Our Workshops are friendly, no experience of cooking or preserving is necessary and we try to use everyday, familiar equipment. You can cook along with the Live Workshop or use the recording which will be place in The Library of the School soon after the Workshop finishes
