It took me years to try this recipe and I was kicking myself when I did - and I tasted it. It was exactly like I needed it to taste, it was nice and thick, and it uses economical ingredients
It is so simple to make as well. Made with the humble white cabbage - amongst other things - it is lovely and spicy. Once everything is simmeered together and softened, whizz it up in a blender or with a stick blender and bottle it. That is, pour it into your choice of bottle - that might be a standard round bottle or maybe a square bottle with a long thin neck. Maybe.
