Homemade Ginger Beer

Homemade Ginger Beer is fun to make, delicious and great for Christmas parties at Rosie's Preserving School UK
Ginger Beer is a fun thing to make but especially useful to have around at Christmas. It is refreshing, makes a great thirst quencher in those over-heated sitting rooms full of relatives and new toys and over-excited children and the poor dog trying to find somewhere safe to catch a nap! It isn't alcholholic so a brilliant choice for any drivers in the party - sick and tired of 'sparkling mineral water' or orange juice.

Possibly the best thing about homemade ginger beer is the fact that once you have it started it only takes a week to be ready to bottle and then you can use some of the same mix to start off another brew for the next week. You can even give some of the starter to a friend so they can make some as well! Join our Workshop and you can find out just how easy this is - you can thank me later!

Our Workshops are friendly, no experience of cooking or preserving is necessary and we try to use everyday, familiar equipment. You can cook along with the Live Workshop or use the recording which will be place in The Library of the School soon after the Workshop finishes

So, take advantage of the block booking discounts to access all of the Season's Workshops with the security of knowing you won't miss anything.

We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our preserving family

I've thoroughly enjoyed your workshops over the last year and have learnt so much about preserving - there's a whole world out there, not just jams! Your warm and friendly approach is greatly appreciated, and you answer all our questions with endless patience. Thanks for giving me the confidence to experiment - as you say, what could go wrong?!
