Forget handing Grandma her annual Snowball complete with bright red maraschino cherry at Christmas - traditional Egg Nog needs to be made carefully from fresh eggs, whole milk, cream, spices and some alcohol of your choice.
Made slowly and stirred to a drinkable sauce it can then be stored for a few days in the fridge. Who wants to store it though? Just one of those things that is delicious to bother making for Christmas and then it's gone again until next year.
Our Workshops are friendly, no experience of cooking or preserving is necessary and we try to use everyday, familiar equipment. You can cook along with the Live Workshop or use the recording which will be place in The Library of the School soon after the Workshop finishes
