Limes have a starring role again - this time with the vibrant green and black speckled kiwi fruit. This has a refreshing flavour which is delicious on anything toasted - except perhaps marshmallows - and can be drizzled over plain yoghurt to provide an intense limey hit and with the chunks of kiwi fruit you have an instant pud! Meringues a good with this as well. Again, it has the benefit of year-round opportunity for making so there is never a need to be without.
Our Workshops are friendly, no experience of cooking or preserving is necessary and we try to use everyday, familiar equipment. You can cook along with the Live Workshop or use the recording which will be place in The Library of the School soon after the Workshop finishes
