Just when we thought there was nothing new to know about Rhubarb . . . There may not be much more to discover than we have learned in previous Workshops but I would like to take some time to really appreciate the wonder of the plant - the miracle of those leaves unfurling in the weak Spring sunshine - often emerging into a snow covered landscape.
I will some unusual 'makes' for you to choose from or you can research the recipe that best suits your lifestyle and make that. It would be nice to share the recipe in Rosie's Preserving School facebook group so that others can make it too.
Our Workshops are friendly, no experience of cooking or preserving is necessary and we try to use everyday, familiar equipment. You can cook along with the Live Workshop or use the recording which will be place in The Library of the School soon after the Workshop finishes
