When I hold my workshops many people have been making marmalade for a number of years but have never been completely happy with the results for whatever reason. Too - runny - too thick - peel is hard - so I have decided to hold a Q&A session where no marmalade will be made but there will be plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions during the session and hopefully I can answer with enough detail to put you on the right path to perfect marmalade every time
After the workshop is finished I will compile a fact sheet of the questions asked and the answers so that you can download and keep them ready for your next marmalade making session
Our Workshops are friendly, no experience of cooking or preserving is necessary and we try to use everyday, familiar equipment. You can cook along with the Live Workshop or use the recording which will be place in The Library of the School soon after the Workshop finishes
