Having said it is ideal for jams or chutneys I am going to give you my recipe for Seville Orange Marmalade which is easy to make using my recipe for cooking the fruit whole first and then cutting it up. Much less difficult than cutting up the tough Seville Oranges raw! AND it is the best marmalade ever!
