Tarragon 100g

Tarragon is a herb not used fresh very often - as it is so difficult to find! I sometimes succeed in getting it to grow in the garden but it is a very tender plant and almost never survives the Winter. It has a beautifully delicate flavour unlike anything else so it is worth persevering to find it fresh or dried to add to general cooking and your preserving - try my Tarragom Wholegrain Mustard recipe fantastic in mayonnaise to make a summery chicken salad really sing.
